  全て一枚物の鋼で出来ている為、高硬度で切れ味の持続性が長く続きます。
  刀と同じ材料、折り返し鍛錬、焼入れ、砥ぎを施したものです。
  刀鍛冶の職人技を活かし、切れ味と美しさを両立させた一本です。

This Japanese knife is crafted using Mizumoto-yaki from tamahagane steel produced in-house from domestically sourced iron sand.
Made entirely from a single piece of steel, it offers high hardness and long-lasting sharpness.
Forged, folded, heat-treated, and polished using the same techniques as traditional Japanese swords, this knife combines the craftsmanship of a swordsmith with exceptional cutting performance and aesthetic beauty.
